• Provide and maintain the DrewStac Live platform
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure

3. Information We Do Not Collect

DrewStac Live does not collect or store payment information, financial data, or transaction details. All commercial activity between users occurs outside of our platform and we have no visibility into those transactions.

4. Live Streaming

When you go live, your video and audio stream is broadcast to viewers in real time via Agora, our streaming infrastructure provider. We do not record or store your live stream content unless you explicitly enable recording (a future feature). Viewers can see your display name and the content you choose to share during your stream.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DrewStac Live:

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Agora: live video streaming infrastructure
• Vercel: platform hosting and delivery

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, strictly for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Stream metadata (titles, categories, duration) may be retained for analytics purposes in anonymized form.

• Opt out of any non-essential communications

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

DrewStac Live is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
