5. No Marketplace Liability

DrewStac Live is a streaming platform only. We are not responsible for any transactions, products, services, or interactions between users. Any disputes regarding purchases, sales, or deliveries are solely between the buyer and seller. DrewStac Live makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of any product descriptions, prices, or seller claims made during live streams.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrewStac Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrewStac Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
