Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrewStac Live ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DrewStac Live is a live streaming platform that allows users to broadcast video content to viewers. The Platform offers paid features processed through our payment provider (Stripe), including creator subscriptions, promotion features (such as Boost and Featured placement for streams and for products in the Shop), and virtual gifting.

DrewStac Live is not a general marketplace for goods. Any sale of physical or external products that a creator promotes or displays anywhere on the Platform — during a stream, on their public profile, or in the Shop (including Shop Live listings and Featured placements) — including transactions, shipping, and fulfillment, is conducted solely between the seller and the buyer outside of this Platform, and DrewStac Live is not a party to those product transactions. Payment features offered directly by the Platform are described in Sections 5, 5a, and 5b.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use DrewStac Live.

4. Content Rules & Acceptable Use

You may not broadcast, share, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright-infringing content. You may not stream, share, or distribute copyrighted works (including music, video, images, or other media) that you do not own or have a license to use
• Engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates violent extremism or unlawful violence toward any individual or group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
• Promotes fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Payments and Product Sales

DrewStac Live processes payments through Stripe for Platform features, including creator subscriptions, promotion features (Boost and Featured placement for streams and Shop products), and virtual gifting. By purchasing any paid Platform feature, you authorize DrewStac LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount shown.

For virtual gifting, DrewStac LLC uses Stripe Connect to collect gift payments and distribute the creator's share to the creator's connected account, as described in the Virtual Gifts Terms and Creator Gifting & Payout Terms.

For product sales: DrewStac Live is a showcase, not a marketplace. When a creator promotes or displays external products — during a live stream, on their public profile, in the Shop (including Shop Live listings and Featured placements), or anywhere else on the Platform — any resulting purchase, sale, payment, shipping, and fulfillment takes place solely between the buyer and the seller, off-platform, on the third-party site the product links to. DrewStac Live does not process product payments, hold inventory, or participate in those transactions. DrewStac Live makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of any product descriptions, prices, availability, images, or seller claims, wherever they appear, and is not responsible for those transactions. Featured placement in the Shop is paid promotion purchased by the seller (or granted by DrewStac Live) and does not constitute an endorsement, review, or verification of any product or seller.

5a. Virtual Gifts

DrewStac Live offers a virtual gifting feature. All purchases and sending of Gifts are governed by our Virtual Gifts Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. By purchasing or sending Gifts, you agree to the Virtual Gifts Terms.

5b. Creator Gifting & Payouts

If you receive Gifts as a Creator, your eligibility, payouts, and related obligations are governed by our Creator Gifting & Payout Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. By receiving Gifts, you agree to the Creator Gifting & Payout Terms.

5c. Training Center

DrewStac Live offers paid training tiers through the Training Center, including monthly subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. All Training Center purchases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Training Center Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. By purchasing a training tier, you agree to the Training Center Terms.

5d. Academy Courses & Teaching

DrewStac Academy offers one-time purchasable courses created by independent approved teachers. Course purchases are processed by Stripe, and the teacher receives a revenue share through Stripe Connect. Purchased courses remain accessible to you for as long as they remain on the Academy. Course purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee: contact us through the support inbox within 14 days of purchase for a full refund; refunded purchases lose course access, and after 14 days purchases are final. Courses are educational content created by their teachers; we review courses before they go live but do not guarantee any particular outcome from them.

Teaching on DrewStac Academy is governed by our Teacher Agreement, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Service for approved teachers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrewStac Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrewStac Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
