Training Center Terms

1. What the Training Center is

The DrewStac Live Training Center offers paid access tiers ("Tiers") operated by DrewStac LLC ("we," "us"). Each Tier grants access to live training streams and downloadable training materials designated for that Tier. Higher-priced Tiers include access to all lower-priced Tiers. Trainings are educational content; we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, income, or result from participating.

2. Billing

Tiers are offered either as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown on the Tier at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for new purchases at any time; changes to an existing monthly subscription's price will be communicated in advance as required by law.

3. Monthly subscriptions — cancel anytime

You can cancel a monthly Tier subscription at any time from the Training Center page using the "Cancel subscription" option on your Tier. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period: you keep full access until that date, you are not charged again, and no partial-month refunds are issued. After your access ends, you may re-join the same Tier at any time at its then-current price.

4. Lifetime purchases — 14-day money-back guarantee

One-time lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us through the support inbox within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunded purchases lose Tier access once the refund is issued. After the 14-day window, lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Training Center offering on DrewStac Live — access for as long as we operate the Tier, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we permanently discontinue a lifetime Tier, we will provide reasonable advance notice and access to that Tier's materials for download.

5. Failed payments

If a monthly subscription payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and your access continues during the retry period. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and access ends.

6. Your access is personal

Tier access is tied to your DrewStac Live account and is for your personal use only. You may not share your account, re-stream or record training lives, or redistribute, resell, or publicly post training materials. Materials are provided for your own use as a member; all intellectual property in trainings and materials remains with DrewStac LLC or its licensors. We may suspend or terminate Tier access, without refund, for violations of these terms or our Terms of Service.

7. Content and scheduling

Training live streams are scheduled at our discretion, and the specific materials and session topics included in a Tier may change over time as content is added or updated. We do not guarantee any minimum number of live sessions per month. Live sessions may not be recorded or available for replay unless we say otherwise.

8. General

These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply. If these Training Center Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a Training Center matter, these terms control. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active members.
